The Perfect Cup Of Coffee

This Christmas I got the gift of perfect coffee !

My daughter bought me this beautiful pink Le Creuset french press!  I have officially abandoned my kurig and my bunn. Pressed coffee is superior in taste and quality! 

I love making my mornings luxurious, I am not a morning person at all. Its very cold where I live and I don't enjoy winter! So my cozy mornings at home with my husband are essential to my life's enjoyment. I go to bed excited for my morning coffee, that is how much I enjoy it! A pressed Coffee is truly something to enjoy!

I used to feel like I wont know how to make it or it will be a hassle but its just part of my morning now and its really easy and so worth it!

Directions

heat your water until almost at a boil 

grind your favourite coffee (i like Colombian)  And yes grinding the beans is a must!

I hace a .8 L press and I use 4 Tb of ground coffee

pour a little water over ground coffee give a vigorous stir until coffee is all mixed, then fill press, cover and wait 4 minutes while your waiting fill your coffee cup up with the hot hot water it will keep your coffee much hotter! I also put mine in a hit carafe after because I don't want a drop of my delicious coffee going to waste.

Why have ordinary coffee when you can have extraordinary coffee??
