The Morton Family Stone Strata

Family Stone is such a perfect family movie filled with so many dynamics you just can't help being drawn in by this family. One thing about The Stone's is there is a lot of love in this family and poor SJP (Meredith) can't seem to find her place with this crazy family and just seems to keep making things worse for herself! The awkwardly attempts to contribute " A Morton Family Tradition" her breakfast Strata. Cue the throat clearing 

Heres me doing my spin on the Morton Strata without the drama because its really that easy

My Breakfast Bake with Hollandaise Sauce

1 package of english muffins cubed

1 package of bacon cut and diced

6 large eggs

2 1/2 cups of milk

fresh cracked himalayan salt and cracked pepper to your taste

1/2 tsp dry mustard

layer bacon and english muffins in the greased casserole dish and pour your egg mixture over top

bake at 375 covered for 30 min uncover and bake for another 30 min

then I make a package of hollandaise sauce and drizzle it all over ! Yummy 😋
