Mushroom appetizer

I was really in the mood for an appie and champagne 🍾

I saw this recipe vaguely remember it so here’s what I came up with and it was delicious!!

I sautéed mushrooms in butter with creole seasoning

The took some delicious bread toasted in the pan with all my butter and mushroom flavour until golden

Next I popped it in the oven with fresh mozzarella once mozzarella was melted I took it out and topped with my mushrooms and then enjoyed with a lovely glass of champagne 🥂 😋  i love a good appie or canapé 🥰
