Party Potatoes!
Maple Bacon and Rosemary Baby Potatoes
Baby Potatoes
Pure Maple Syrup
Fresh Rosemary

Cut each baby potato bottom and top so it stands on a plate
Boil till tender and then let cool
hollow out potatoes with a small melon baller
Chop bacon into small pieces cook it till crispy, then add fresh cut rosemary and cook in maple syrup till syrup is thick and candied

Fill Potatoes with sour cream or plain greek yogurt for dairy sensitive people
Then top them all with the bacon maple rosemary
